Developers, onboarding is essential to unlock our APIs! Look no further, this is the easiest way to get started using the different registers.

You need a user on Infotorg in order to access our APIs. Registering is easy and free, but be aware costs may incur when calling APIs in our production environment. Also, please note that we only allow access for companies. If you are interested in our APIs as a private person, we unfortunately cannot give you access to Infotorg.

The onboarding process is in Norwegian, and should be pretty easy to follow for native Norwegians.

Below is a step by step guide on how to register for english-speaking persons:

🚀 Start the onboarding process

Onboarding, page 1:

1. Enter your Norwegian organization number. Your company name and address will be automatically displayed.
   Note: If you are representing a foreign company, please contact our customer service. They will help you get registered.
2. Enter the invoice address, zip code (postnummer), city (poststed) and the reference (fakturareferanse) to be used on invoices from Infotorg.
3. Select how you would like your invoices delivered: EHF, Paper (papirfaktura) or email (e-post).
4. Click the “Videre” button

Onboarding, page 2:

1. Select the register(s) you would like to integrate with, by expanding the items under “Registerliste”.
2. Check the “Integrert med deres systemer” checkbox. This informs us you want API access.
3. Click the “Videre” button

Onboarding, page 3:

1. Fill out your name (Navn), telephone number (Telefon) and email (E-post) under ordering details (Bestiller).
2. Next, fill out your desired Infotorg user information under Bruker. If you would like a personal integration user, click “Kopier info fra bestiller”. This will copy your personalia from the fields above to the user information fields. Otherwise, fill out the full name for the user (Navn), contact email for the user (E-post), and optionally, the department or unit (Avdeling/enhet) the user belongs to .

Web Services/Program To Program

With web services, you seamlessly integrate your own professional system for information market services. This enables efficient collection of updated information in the right place and at the right time as part of your work processes.

Single Sign-On

SSO is a slightly simpler integration method for easy access to the web services on infotorg. It ensures automatic login with a high degree of security and provides access to the services the individual user is authorized for. Read more about SSO integration here.
